Overall we have a very very bad experience to this hotel. We will never ever recommend/ Suggest anyone to visit this property Very annoying experience. We had booked the same for 1 day stay Proper Temperature not maintained at reception and rooms. Hot water not available properly. Cable not working. The worst experience is that what ever additional amenities you required, first you have to pay the charges.....bill settlement should happen at the time of checkout. They don't have faith and treat all visitors with same angle.

We stayed for two days in this hotel and trust me it was the worst experience! The Room are small but good , big wardrobe is there and also electic kettle with tea and coffee pouch and also a jug to keep warm water is there in our room. Service is good. Foods are tasty. Best hotels

Subject: Urgent: Unpleasant Experience and Feedback Dear Hotel Management, Ihope this email finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention some issues we encountered during our one-day stay at your hotel. Firstly, the room we booked did not match the pictures we saw online, and we found the accommodations to be quite different. Despite this, we paid a significant amount of 4k for a single day, which we feel is not reasonable given the condition of the room. Moreover, in the evening, there was a private party in the restaurant with some individuals openly consuming alcohol. The loud music and dancing created a disturbance, especially since we had to cross the restaurant area whenever we wanted to enter or leave the hotel. To add to our discomfort, we noticed that there is no designated parking space. The individual managing the cars in the limited space accidentally scratched our vehicle, resulting in a highly unsatisfactory experience. Overall, our stay fell short of expectations, and we would not recommend your hotel based on our experience.

Stay away, from starting our experience is hopeless as in reception i have questions about my kidos as they said your child is of age 5 which is not count in child but i already mention in my booking that we are 4 person husband wife and two child age 5 and 3 after that room is so small it is not fit for four person after that from room their is no response from reception when i call them thats why i have to go to reception and then they said they arrange for an extra bed which is come to my room quite late. I ask manager to come and check the room in order to change he said he is too busy checkin other guest. Such a rude response. Also he was supper greedy and try to convince us to get a vehicle for site scenes

Hotel rooms r good but the manager of the restaurant is illiterate so you guyz have to change that and last best thing is there is miss naina singh she welcomed us very nicely because of her we stayed there so thnku so much for that lovely hopitality naina ji

Our stay at Forest view was good . The first time we were experiencing going down into our floors and getting sunlight and a view . The service was quick and efficient. The food at the restaurant was very good I would highly recommend the dhal tadka and paneer burji .Food was hot .Susheel , who was in charge made sure everything was in order and hot food service. Our only negative was the wifi strength which was low and in the rooms below we couldn't really make calls or get network even with our data . Had a good stay . It's a good 20 mins walk to Mall road but one needs to be careful as it is along the main road.

We stayed for two days in this hotel and trust me it was the worst experience! The rooms were so small that you can barely walk. There is no facility provided. Parking? They will not assist you with it. TV? It does not work. Landline? Does not work. No kettle in room! No ventilation! And don’t even get me started on washrooms. You cannot go to the washroom because it stinks so bad that you can’t stand a minute in it. It stinks worse than a public toilet! Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The worst experience I had!!

The worst experience we had at this place. Money minded staff.. We booked for our staycation after reading the reviews but these people doesn't have humanity. Trust me guys.. Don't gor for their reviews.. They are money stealers. We went with our family. But due to some health emergency of one of our kid , we had to leave in a day. They forced us to pay for 4 days as per our discussion with them. Rather helping us in understanding our situation, they threatened us and didn't let us to check out if we don't pay their 4 days amount. We were suppossed to stay for 4days, but who knew and thought of serious health emergency and to leave the stay. These people were misbehaved with is4. Trust me. They are money stealers.
